CARROLLTON, GA. – Systems and Methods, Inc. (SMI) is pleased to announce and welcome Lisa Skenandore as Vice President of Business Development, effective January 11, 2016. Lisa has over 25 years of experience with child support and human services and has served in many leadership capacities. Lisa is the past Director of the Oneida Nation Child Support Agency and has served as Interim Area Manager of Social Services with the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. She brings a wealth of child support knowledge to this position and a passion for serving children and families. Lisa will continue her involvement in the various child support organizations which include serving as current President of the National Tribal Child Support Association (NTCSA), Board Member of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA), and Board Affiliate Member of the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Association (WICSEC) as well as of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA). Lisa also continues her professional activities serving in a Federal Policy and Legislation role for the National Tribal Child Support Association (NTCSA). Her strong drive, project management expertise, and passion to serve will ensure her success in this new endeavor.
