Over SMI’s 40-year history, we have established a legacy of trust, accuracy and transparency with our clients. This legacy has been built in large part by our founder and has remained strong through the leadership of our executive team, as well as the entire SMI team.

SMI is now in its second generation of family ownership, which enables us to stay true to our initial founding and guiding principles of trust and excellence while maintaining the accessibility and “personal touch” that our partners have come to expect of us. Our leaders are personally invested in the company’s success, which helps us maintain high standards of excellence among our team and employees.

“Our goal as the second generation is to continue the growth of SMI by serving our clients and to pass it on to the third generation while remaining true to our values and legacy.”
